*3 sets of 20 bicep curls 15lb weights
*stretch

Tuesday's & Thursday's:
*Stair climber machine: 50 flights
*75 regular squats
*30 ballet squats
*3 sets of 20 lunges
*3 sets of 15 leg extensions 150lb weights
*stretch

Friday:
*elliptical 45 minutes
*3 sets of 30 second planks
*70 crunches
*100 bicycle kicks
*3 sets of 20 burpees
*stretch
