Struggling of trying to balance school, homework, work and trying to get into shape?

here are a few ideas of how to manage everything and still get a workout in:

.) instead of taking the elevator use the stairs. You're getting where you need to go as well as burning calories. As well as walking to your classes instead of taking the shuttle.
.) Drink 7-8 cups of water a day. Drinking plenty of water helps detox your body, healthier skin and maintains your calories.
.)Walk to the library and do your homework instead of sitting inside your dorm room being surrounded by procrastinations and food on your shelves.
.)At dining hall don't get greasy unhealthy foods, stay healthy.
.)If you don't have a job then maybe participate in a sport, that way you get a set routine and know after practice you have less time to procrastinate so you can balance your school work. With having a sport is great for getting into shape as well.
.)Watching tv in your room? Do a workout while you are watching a show while theres a commercial  on.
.)School comes first and is top priority and in order to be able to be productive make sure you get enough sleep. 7-8 hours is best.
.)Make a set schedule. Once your body develops a set routine then it is easier to complete it without procrastination. Time management is key.
