Do's Dont's
-Eat six meals each day -All over-processed foods, specifically white flour and sugar-Eat Breakfast every day within an hour of rising -Chemically charged foods
-Eat a combination of lean protein 7 complex carbs -Foods containing preservatives
each meal
-Eat healthy fats every day -Artificial sugars
-Drink 2 or 3 liters of water each day -Artificial foods (such as processed cheese slices)
-Carry a cooler packed with clean foods each day -Saturated and trans fats
-Depend on fresh fruits & vegetables for fiber, -Sugar-loaded beverages, including colas and juices
vitamins, nutrients and enzymes
-Adhere to proper portion sizes -Excessive amount of alcohol
-All calorie-dense foods containing little or no nutritional
value
-Super-sizing your meals
